Man United defender Luke Shaw doesn't blame me for leg-breaking challenge, claims PSV's Hector Moreno

The defender whose challenge left Luke Shaw with a broken leg has claimed the Manchester United man does not blame him for the injury.

Hector Moreno's significant tackle on Shaw in United's Champions League opener against PSV Eindhoven left the britain left-back with a double fracture to his right leg.

"What happened to Shaw was terribly unfortunate," Moreno told Metronieuws . "I was simply in shock."

"I’m glad i used to be ready to go speak to him. I went with Phillip Cocu to the hospital. That was terribly tough at the start, however he was terribly kind to Pine Tree State and didn’t blame Pine Tree State.

"He had seen the photographs and aforesaid it absolutely was a part of soccer. That created Pine Tree State smile."

Just days once his challenge on Shaw, Moreno forced another opposition player off the sphere throughout a Dutch league match.

Moreno was branded "disgraceful" by Herakles player Oussama Tannane for the high challenge that meant he had to be withdrawn.

Shaw, 20, is facing an extended road to recovery and a race to be slot in time for next summer's European Championship in France.
